There are two kinds of scales in our present packing machine of grain weighing and packaging machine: traditional quantitative automatic packaging scale and computer combination scale. On the surface, they are all scales. It seems that there is no difference. In fact, there is a great disparity in them. Computerized combined weighing scale is composed of several weighing units with independent feeding and discharging structures. Generally, computer combined weighing scale consists of 8 to 32 weighing units. The computer uses the principle of permutation and combination to automatically select and calculate the load of each weighing unit, and gets the combination close to the quantitative value for packaging. The traditional quantitative automatic packaging scale is to weigh while feeding, and continuously supply material before reaching the target weight data. When there is a little difference between the target weight and the target weight, it adds a weighed object, i.e. after rough measurement, it carries out precise measurement. If the weighed object is larger or heavier, there will be larger errors, which will affect the accuracy of the scale.
