Duty: 1. Establishment of process standards and formulation of relevant guidance books;
2. Man-hour management in the workshop, formulating man-hour standards for self-made parts and assembling work-hour standards;
3. Determine the type of parts purchasing and check the price with foreign partners.
4. Deep into the production site, master the quality situation, guide and supervise the first-line production of the workshop to solve the technical problems arising in production in time. Requirements: 1. College degree or above, major in mechanical, mechanical and electrical engineering, more than 3 years of relevant industry experience;
2. Familiar with mechanical principle, machining process and ISO treatment management system. Proficient in office software and mechanical drawing software. Strong communication, innovation and teamwork ability.
